About: Jeanette earned her master's degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017. She volunteered at the Winchester Public Library before being appointed the director in 2021.

Kaitlyn Coulter
Position: Children's Program Coordinator
About: Kaitlyn began as a volunteer at the Winchester Public Library leading children’s activities and building meaningful relationships with families. Thanks to a grant provided by the Tracy Family Foundation, Kaitlyn is now our official Children’s Program Coordinator.
